My first job in advertising was at The Campaign Palace, Sydney in 2001. My main responsibilities there included stocking the fridge with beer and answering the phones when the receptionist was out drinking. Which was quite often.
After this glamorous entry into the world of advertising, I returned to my home country and landed my first proper copywriting job at Publicis Mojo New Zealand, where I worked under Nick Worthington.
After 5 years at Publicis Mojo I moved back to Australia where I teamed up with Ade at US Sydney (now Joy Sydney). In our four years together, we helped grow the agency, win new business, win awards and even dabbled in writing and directing content.
For the following 3 years, I was a senior copywriter at BMF Sydney. And from 2015 to 2022, I was at Leo Burnett Sydney, working as a CD with Ade.
I’ve worked on everything from beer to banks across clients such as Lion Nathan Brewery, Coca Cola, Nike, Goodman Fielder, Subaru, Commonwealth Bank, SBS and Cadbury.
My work’s been awarded at Cannes, One Show, Clio, The New York Festival, John Caples, AWARD, Axis, Promax and ADMA.

I began my career in London. But after taking a year out to go travelling in 2001, made a drastic life change and decided to stay on in Sydney and become an Aussie.
After a long stint at DDB Sydney, I moved to Russia to join Saatchi & Saatchi, where I worked on Head & Shoulders, OLAY and Google.
A year later I returned to Australia to work at US Sydney with Nige, where we helped the fledgling agency make it into the top 5 creative agencies.
In 2010, I returned to Moscow as creative director at BBDO to work on all Mars brands including Snickers, Twix, Whiskas and Pedigree.
On returning to Sydney in 2015, I re-joined Nige at Leo Burnett Sydney where we worked as creative directors for 7 years, working both locally and globally on Samsung, plus Diageo, DNSW, Oporto and Red Rooster.
I've been fortunate enough to win awards at Cannes, One Show, The New York Festival, D&AD, AWARD, Promax, Epica, Effies, Eurobest and ADMA, Golden Hammer, Golden Drum, Red Apple, IDEA, KIAF, White Square and ADCR.
